End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Blindship and governs your use of the Blindship mobile and/or web application (collectively, the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

License Grant
Blindship grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and our Terms of Service.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the App
Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute the App to others
Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or community guidelines
Attempt to access the source code or underlying systems
Ownership
The App is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Blindship or its licensors.
Updates
Blindship may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features. These may be installed automatically or require user action. This Agreement applies to all updates, unless we specify otherwise.
Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you violate any term of this Agreement. We may also terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the App and delete all copies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
Blindship will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. While we hope you enjoy using Blindship, if you find it's not the right fit, you're free to stop using it at any time.
Export and Legal Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including export regulations and local rules regarding the use of digital services.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
