Why We Use It (Legal Bases)

  • With other users as part of the matching, messaging, and unlocking features, accordingly.

As follows:

  • Quiz answers & matching data: Until account deletion.

  • Chat logs: Up to 12 months, for moderation and safety.

  • Payment records: 5 years, as required by financial law.

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

  • End-to-end encryption for messages in transit.

  • Secure cloud infrastructure with strict access controls.

  • Regular audits and monitoring. including encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits.

However, no internet transmission is completely secure.
